Nicole has been with our Agency since 2015. She is heavily complimented for her positive customer interactions. Nicole is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health. She is extremely talented and proficient in servicing customer needs and solving complex problems.

Donielle and her office dog are the front-line greeters of walk in customers. In addition to receptionist duties, Donielle primarily handles general office management, billing, bookkeeping, and claims assistance. Prior to working in the agency, she was claim legal counsel for State Farm. Donielle and Steve Allen have recently celebrated their 30th year wedding anniversary.

Lorey has been with us since our inception in 2000. She is a wealth of knowledge and a true professional in all aspects of our Agency operations. She is loved and respected in the community as a trusted source of risk analysis. She is truly dedicated and dependable in delivering on customer expectations. Lorey is licensed in all lines of insurance and is the commercial insurance primary contact.

Dawn has been with our Agency since 2018. She is licensed in Property and Casualty lines. Dawn is extremely dependable, is well loved by our customers & has great integrity and energy. She focuses on new business acquisition & on boarding. She is extremely productive and a tremendous asset for our Agency.

Kathy has been with our Agency since 2014. Kathy is licensed in Property and Casualty lines. She is extremely diligent and thorough. She has a tremendous personality and is always smiling. She truly enjoys what she does and that translates to all of her interactions with our great customers.

Lily is the newest member of our team. She has two years experience and is licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health lines. She works full time in office. Lily is a pet lover and is recently engaged to be married. She adds great energy and a positive attitude to our Agency.
